Superior Construction 1. Gelcoat surface: gelcoat surface is designed to prevent the fading experienced with color gelcoats and granite finishes. 2. Vinyl Ester Resin Layer: This skin layer consists of pure vinyl ester resin, providing the most effective impact resistance and maximum blister protection available in the industry today. 3. Glass/Resin Bulk Layer: are built with chopped fiberglass combined with vinyl ester resin, providing additional strength and durability that prevents the pool from flexing or twisting during transport and installation.
4. 36-ounce Fiberglass Mat: uses a hand-laid, 36-ounce, bi-axle stitched fiberglass mat to cover the complete floor of the pool and one foot up all sides. This process is unique to and provides additional stability not available in other fiberglass pools. Additional layers are included on all stress areas for maximum strength and durability. 5. Woven Rovin: The final layer consists of overlapped, hand-laid, 24-ounce woven rovin, combined with GP resin on all sides and additional layers in stress areas.
